End of Week Wrap Up

This week has flown by! Can’t believe the meet is already tomorrow!

Some highlights from the week-

*Spotter- We have found a spotter- His name is Eric Bernier. He is coming to us from coaching the UW-La Crosse gymnastics team, as well as working at Mini Hops. He is with us on a part-time basis and we are very lucky to have him. He is very talented, and comes highly recommended from coaches in our conference and section. He was with us on Monday and Tuesday of this week and will join us again next week. If you see him around say hello 🙂

* No practice this Friday(12th) and the Bell Ringing for the Salvation army has been cancelled. Questions contact me directly.

* Meet tomorrow(Thursday) at Simley. Some of you traveled there last week for the invitational, but the school is going through some construction so please follow the directions below. The meet will officially begin at 6:30pm. March in is typically at 6:15. The bus will leave Sibley at 4:40. The girls need to be dressed and ready to go at 4:30pm. This is a JV and Varsity Conference meet. Please remember everything for warm ups and competing.
——– Simley Directions: Judges, coaches and fans should park in the student parking lot and then enter the building through door “B”.

* Holiday break- Here is the schedule for Holiday Break. We realize that many families travel, or have multiple places to be during this break. Please communicate with the coaches to let them know if and when you will be attending. Practice is still needed over this break, and it can be a great time to increase and work towards more difficulty in their routines. winter break sched 2014
